Thank you for your interest in Echo Lake and allowing us the opportunity to provide our services to you. To ensure the process goes smoothly for all parties, the following guidelines are in effect for all applications.

Application Submission

  • Application must be completed in its entirety
  • Application will not be complete until we receive the information described in the next section

Application Completion and Processing

Upon receiving your application, we will contact you for additional information to complete and process your application:

We will contact you to verify and/or collect the following documents for all occupants over the age of 18*:

  • Copy of valid identification (Driver’s License or state issued ID)
  • Copy of Social Security Card or W-9 Form
  • Copy of two most recent pay stubs or proof of income


Pay stubs or proof of income only needed for applicant and co-applicant
If you are self-employed, we will need your most recent tax returns to verify income

*Additional information may be necessary to complete the verification process.

Application Approval

A decision will be made on your application; if you are approved, we will notify you and arrange for lease preparation and move in!

On average, this process is completed within 48 hours of obtaining a complete application.

We love our residents and our pets are no exception! Pets are welcome security deposit free, but we do have some rules in place to maintain a safe and comfortable community.Dog

Pet Fee: $10/pet/month

  • Limit of 2 pets per home
  • Pets can’t be over 18″ at the shoulder and 25 lbs

*Service dogs are welcomed but must be certified
